disabled, you may not see items in your shopping cart. You will still be able
to order things by calling us @ 800-679-6738 and talking to a representative.

Return Policy
We strive to make your purchasing simple and the products you choose
to purchase useful. With this being said, we understand that sometimes
you'll have to return the product for an exchange or refund. Please
notice the following information regarding returns/exchanges.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom orders
are not eligible for return.
All items are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, enforced
at our discretion, providing they meet the following requirements:
A) They are not marked final sale, nor are they items that are not eligible
for return (had to be said).
B) We offer a 30 day return policy on our products. Your return
(along with a copy of the reciept stating the reasons for the return) must
be shipped to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
C) Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing
slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
D) Items are to be shipped to us in sturdy packaging (to minimize shipping
damage) by a carrier who provides tracking numbers and offer proof of delivery.
This alleviates 99% of any sort of discrepancy of item receipt.
If the above conditions are met, defective items will be replaced
with no shipping charge to you.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed
once it has arrived at the warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Policies
We offer UPS shipping as our standard service. Any service that
they offer for shipping, we also offer. We do not charge a premium
for shipping. We can ship collect and 3rd party billing. We offer
blind shipping. We are also able to offer USPS shipping.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any outside parties.
When we must collect your information (including name, billing/shipping address,
phone numbers, e-mail address, payment information, etc) we do it for the
sole purpose of being able to provide our products to you. This information
is used soley for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have
problems with an order, the information you provide to us will allow us to
contact you and remedy the situation. The only reason a credit card number
would be shared with anyone would be to provide the merchant bank with information
to allow them to authorize and approve the transaction on said credit card.
If we employ cookies on this website, they are merely to customize the content
according to your preferences. We do not share any of this information with any
third party sites and would give any third party site that asks for information
about you a good smack upside the head and tell them to go away.
We use log files to make sure the site is functioning properly. Log files are
reguarly purged and are only available for review by the webmaster.
We take every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive
information to us, you can be sure it is protected both online and off-line.
When you are asked to submit sensitive information, it is encrypted and protected
with the best encryption software in the industry- SSL. We employ 128bit encryption

We do not store your personal information after your order is processed except
for email correspondance which may occur. We keep this sort of information in
case there is a problem with any part of your order. If you wish for us to delete
all correspondance, please make us aware and we will do so. However, please be
aware that this will make order tracking/detail difficult.
We do not allow any third party access to your email address for any
purpose whatsoever. We hate spam as much as you do.
Forms Of Payment We Accept
We gladly accept American Express, Diners, Discover, Mastercard,
and Visa for credit card payments. We also accept cashier's checks,
Paypal, wire transfers, and money orders. Library cards and food
stamps will not be accepted. We do not charge your account until
your order has shipped.
Sales Tax
Residents of North Carolina will be charged 7% sales tax. Any order not placed
in North Carolina will not be charged sales tax. If you are a resident of
North Carolina and have a tax exempt/reseller's certificate, we must have one
on file (fax it to us) before shipping items without tax.
How To Check The Status Of Your Order (Track it, too)
Click on the Order Status button on the navigation menu. This
will bring up a Order Status/UPS tracking page. We update your
order with relevant information that can be found by entering
your Order ID (sent in the confirmation email) and your email
address that you entered during checkout.
Once your order has shipped (via UPS), you will receive a confirmation email
at the address specified in your order. This will give you your tracking number
along with any relevant information to your order. This e-mail originates from
UPS.COM. DO NOT reply to this email with questions, as your question will not
be answered as this is an automated message. If you have questions regarding
tracking, call us or email us. You may enter this number on the tracking page
and then you can track your package through our website.
How To Place International Orders
You can place an international order using our website very easily. You'll be
able to choose your shipping information as normal. For payment, you'll want
to select "email" so one of our representatives will know to get in contact
with you regarding credit card or wire transfer information.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional handling charges
and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all which are the responsibility of
the customer. Also, note that many product warranties do not cover coverage outside
of the US. TestumDistributor.com will not make any representation regarding warranty
covereage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are shipped or
used outside of the US. Wire transfer orders may be subject to an additional
processing fee. This fee is waived for any order over $450.00.
We gladly ship worldwide, providing there are no export restrictions regarding
the product being ordered from our website. We are not responsible for any delays
due to customs, nor are we responsible for duties or tarrifs for goods shipped
to your location.

We are able to accept APO and FPO addressed orders. These orders ship via USPS.
