Test-Um Inc. warrants their test equipment against
defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date
of purchase with receipt. All test equipment deemed defective under
this warranty will be repaired or replaced at Test-Um Inc.’s
option. No other warranty is expressed or implied, nor will responsibility
for operation of this device be assumed by Test-Um Inc. |
Return of Equipment |
To return test equipment to Test-Um Inc., you must
first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from Test-Um Inc.’s
Customer Service by calling 805-383-1500. |
This RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label, or the
container will not be accepted by Test-Um Inc. See example below: |
